so it seems ive skipped posting a blog entry for my last couple of songs since Drift - great timing to bring it back! ;)

this makes only my second releaes this year so far. i have to admit i was not in the best place creatively and mentally for the first quarter of the year but now ive got lots of energy for more music again.

im already working on more stuff and hope to release another tune within months, so see ya then!

so this time around its taken a bit longer than usual but im happy to finally release a new song titled Wavelight!

i think i bundled all of my chill hazy mountain energy for this track, if that sounds interesting to you feel free to check it out ;)))

also i have to say it feels increasingly difficult to keep up making animations along to music and thats a reason why time between releases is increasing every time. Im currently already sitting on an almost finished new song, but still got weeks left to finish the animation. hopefully it could turn out to be some sort of 100k celebratory vid

hows it going? i realize i havent made an update for worlds but theres not much stuff going on in my life anyways haha

ive been grinding away even more at editing/art/animation and put something nice and simple together for my latest song "Aurora". although behind the scenes, my project and file management was a total mess and i still have a lot to learn to make continuous scenes for an animation.

ideally i would tell you about an awesome skiing vacation i had at this point but i dont think thats gonna happen this year. so instead i just hope youre staying stafe and sane and find some cool new things on the internet to discover!

so with another song released im going to make a short update on here of course :)

theres not much going on in my life atm though, u know im just working on music and art most of the time and spending my time sleeping or going for walks when im not.

well i was hiking too. it was nice, maybe i should do that more often. also the big bad virus is back and seems to be a little more persistent this time (or the people more careless). so im starting to worry if i will be able to go skiing this season or not, we'll see.

so yeah hope you are all having a great or at least okay time!

another month, another release!

in this blog update, i will skip complaining about the temperature as I have done enough of that in the past (even though i would love to....). instead i just want to say thanks to everyone who has been tuning in regularly, i appreciate you all :)

im also very happy with how the visuals turned out. i hope i can continue to learn much about (visual) art and apply it to future projects

summer has been very mild this far. not burning to death when excercising, bearable room temperature (except on render days), regular sleep schedule - i like it. and ive gotten a decent amount of work done the past few weeks. hopefully this trend continues :)

now coming up is the worst part of the year.... summer. usually my productivity goes down hard, ill try to stay at it. already looking at skiing montages and listening to chill music. well see ya guys soon hopefully!

All jokes aside though, I brought back a fan favourite for this song, the saxophone. And in two variations! A bit more distorted and grungy in the first drop and very melodic and heartfelt in the second one. Theres also more custom art, which you can find all over the place. What I'm currently working on includes a song with lots of guitars, very similar to Gravitate. There's also another WIP that almost sounds like a slow version of electroswing - not very sure about that one though!

And yeah, I also made my first discord server. I'm glad that I've finally done it but as expected it requires a lot of work, which sucks cuz I have a cold right now and just wanna rest for a couple of days (for the third time this winter already...).
